Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

• Defective or non-functional product

• Wrong item delivered

• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof

• Used, worn, or damaged-by-customer items will not be accepted

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and the product passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 3–7 working days to the original payment method.
